  • Managing accounts payable requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verifying and reconciling invoices and payment requests.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Conducting reconciliation tasks on various e-commerce platforms associated with CLIQQ.
  • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or variances in financial data.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all reconciliation activities.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reconciliation reports for review.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role is a plus, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
