Job Description

As a key member of the BVLGARI team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes. Your role will involve overseeing the taxation and internal control over finance closing and inventory management of Bulgari Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and reconcile interfacing errors and discrepancies between Retail Beanstore POS and SAP systems.
  • Verify invoices and allocate duties and handling charges to inventory received, including intercompany inventory invoice posting.
  • Coordinate shipping and transfers, and perform stock reconciliation, review and analyse stock discrepancies.
  • Optimise warehouse storage space and conduct bi-annual housekeeping to dispose of non-use items.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory controlling.
  • Possession of a degree holder with some finance/accounting knowledge.
  • Luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Able to handle multiple streams of work and under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communicator and high integrity.
  • Fluent in Tagalog and English.
