Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals to acquire new clients and drive business growth.
  2. Identify target markets, industries, and territories to align sales efforts and develop sales plans to achieve full-year goals and targets.
  3. Partner with our Marketing team to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
  4. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring it is robust and meets targets, and provide accurate and timely reporting of pipeline and prospect status.
Requirements
  1. Exceptional people leadership experience of at least 5 years with a proven ability to drive teams towards KPIs and sales targets.
  2. Proven capability in developing and implementing various business strategies.
  3. Proven ability to create a high-performing team and motivate team members to deliver targets.
