Preventive Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Manager

The Preventive Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of preventive maintenance programs, reliability-centered maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime and performance.
Key areas of focus include:
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Analyzing equipment failure trends and recommending reliability improvement strategies to optimize asset performance.
- Supervising and mentoring maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they impact production.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience with preventive/predictive maintenance systems and tools.
- Familiarity with reliability engineering principles (RCA, FMEA, TPM).
