We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Worksite Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to promote voluntary insurance products directly to employees of partner companies, while also supporting our Financial Advisors and Account Management teams.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging financial literacy sessions and product presentations, promoting and selling voluntary insurance and protection solutions, and meeting individual sales targets. You will also partner with Financial Advisors during nesting phases and conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective policyholders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial literacy sessions and product presentations to employees of partner companies.

  • Promote and sell voluntary insurance and protection solutions designed for the working Filipino.

  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of pilot campaigns.

  • Partner with Financial Advisors during nesting phases to help open and develop new accounts.

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations and provide timely follow-through with prospective policyholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications, and have strong presentation and communication skills. They will also be professional, personable, and self-motivated, with a high level of persistence and comfort with fieldwork.
