Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled software engineer to join our product team. As a full stack developer, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our fast-moving tech product using high-quality, AI-assisted development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement features and fixes across a modern technology stack including TypeScript/Node, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS
  • Utilize AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development while maintaining quality
  • Work on smaller tickets and scale up to complex builds, prioritizing efficiency and maintainability
  • Maintain autonomy in implementation with clear ticket context, plus collaborative support when needed
  • Ensure code is efficient, maintainable, and scalable
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver quickly
  • Balance speed with reliability in production deployments
  • Contribute to improving development processes, tooling, and AI-assisted workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development
  • Strong skills in TypeScript, plus comfort working with Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS
  • Proficient in AI-assisted coding and familiar with tools like Cursor and Claude Code
  • Able to take tickets with minimal context and execute at a high level
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience with collaborative, remote-first development teams
