Product Strategy Leader


As a seasoned product strategist, you will drive the vision and execution of our products to deliver exceptional user experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Set and track key product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform decision-making.
  • Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and compelling narratives.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business, technical, and design teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept, design, development, launch, and post-release optimization.
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in existing products.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space, with highly desirable prior experience in the Testing and Quality Engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, user research, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
