Job Title: AR Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
  • Validate customer payments and ensure timely recording of customer set-up.
  • Post correct accounting entries and monitor collections of accounts receivable, including PDCs.
  • Identify notes for correction and post approved adjusting entries.
  • Monitor deductions being taken by customers and prepare monthly schedules of identified accounts.
  • Investigate suppliers' activities with the Company and conduct thorough reviews of liquidation of advances.
  • Propose correct accrual of expenses and ensure timely recording of all customers' invoices and collections.
  • Maintain customers and third-party records intact and protect Company's interest by keeping matters confidential.
  • Run, monitor, and maintain sales and receivable summary/books monthly.
  • Send-out SOAs as necessary and prepare data for tax filing.
  • Secure copies of BIR 2307 from customers and ensure compliance to tax rulings.
Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Taxation, audit skills, accounting standards knowledge.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Able to start immediately is a strong advantage.
