Job Description

**Job Title:** QA Test Automation Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled QA Test Automation Lead to join our team at Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of automated software testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of a detailed test plan based on the overall verification strategy.
  • Prepare test cases and test scripts to be used during the testing phase of the project.
  • Perform software system tests (e.g. sanity, functional, regression, integration etc.).
  • Document results of the test performed during the testing phase of the project.
  • Prepare test reports and report the status of the testing activities.
  • Log and track defects using project-defined defect tracking tools.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in automated software testing (Selenium, Java, Appium, Postman,).
  • Experience in creating automated scripts.
  • Experience leading/managing a team of software automation engineers.
  • In-depth understanding of software development and test methodologies and processes.
  • Experience writing test plans, detailed test cases, and other formal test documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, can work effectively both as an individual and in conjunction with a team.
