This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has 3-5 years of experience in appraisal of gold jewelry and diamonds.

We require a candidate with a training certificate for Gold Appraising and/or Diamond Appraising.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for valuing diamond stones based on the gold acceptance rate issued by the Jewelry Loans Department.

You will also be responsible for processing new loans, renewal, redemption, partial payment, reappraisal, pull-out, and hold.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for computing the total amount to be paid by the client, including interest, documentary, service charge, and penalty.

Issuing an official receipt for renewal, redemption, partial payment, and reappraisal with the approval of the Service Head/Officers in charge is also part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will prepare daily transaction reports and submit them to the Branch Officers for signature and approval.

Your duties will also include sending demand and auction letters to the borrower and sending text reminders on or before the due date and maturity date.

Last but not least, you will conduct monthly inventory and reappraise collateral on renewal of account or as the need arises.
