We are seeking a meticulous and experienced professional to join our Tax team as a Financial Record Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring efficiency in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Financial Records: Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and complete the posting process on time.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
- Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute comprehensive financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Audit Support: Assist with audits and ensure all financial data is accurate and readily available.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, knowledge of IFRS or another accounting framework, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel. Additionally, the candidate should have accuracy and attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
