Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at E-gmp International Corp. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in serving a variety of beverages and maintaining a clean bar area. Prior experience working with popular brands such as KFC, Wendy's, Kenny Rogers, or Subway is a plus.

1. Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer requests, maintaining high standards for quality and presentation.
2. Customer Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, take drink orders, and ensure a pleasant and engaging experience for all patrons.
3. Order Accuracy: Accurately take, prepare, and serve drink orders, ensuring all items are correct and meet the guest's specifications.
4. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized bar, washing glasses, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, replenish bar supplies, and assist with bar inventory counts as needed.
6. Upselling and Recommendations: Offer suggestions based on the guest's preferences, promote signature drinks, and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
7. Payment Handling: Process customer payments accurately, including handling cash and card transactions.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations, supporting other team members during busy periods as needed.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in casual or fine dining settings. Prior experience with brands like KFC, Wendy's, Kenny Rogers, or Subway is a plus. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and beverage presentation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders. Friendly, reliable, and a positive team player.
