We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host to join our team at Ikon Solutions Asia. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
- Escort Guests to Dining Area: Escort guests to assigned dining areas, ensuring they are seated comfortably and promptly.
- Inform Guests of Promotions: Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them, ensuring a smooth handoff to the service staff.
- Manage Guest Flow: Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times to incoming guests if necessary.
- Answer Calls and Provide Service: Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide exceptional service to our guests.
- High School Graduation or Equivalent: High school graduation or certification in hospitality or related disciplines.
- Experience in Similar Role: With experience in a similar job role or equivalent, or a minimum of 1 year's restaurant experience with working experience in a 5-star standard hotel.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills with customers, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Diligent attention to detail and safety, with the ability to work on shift.
