Job Title: Sales Representative

At Ripped Box Station, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, cold call prospects, and provide exceptional customer service to promote sales and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to offer and educate customers on the benefits of our products and services.
  • Cold call prospects to sell our products and services.
  • Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand customer requirements.
  • Persuade customers to buy by demonstrating how our merchandise or services meet their needs.
  • Email clients to answer questions, schedule meetings, or reschedule meetings as needed.
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Upsell customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher-priced services.
  • Keep detailed records of call logs and enter data accurately and consistently into our database.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a virtual Sales Representative is required.
  • Prior work experience in selling software products is a huge advantage.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships, and network.
  • Clear and concise communication skills with a neutral English accent.
  • Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit weekly targets with limited supervision.
