  5. Maintaining consistency and quality in the brand's visual expression is crucial for this position.

  7. Liaising with external agencies and vendors is critical for success in this position.
  8. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all artworks and labels is essential.

Requirements:

  1. A graduate degree in Multimedia Arts and Design or Fine Arts major in Graphic Designing, Advertising, or related courses is preferred.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in creative design in both B2B and B2C sectors is necessary.
  3. Proven experience in Franchising and Marketing in the F&B Retail Industry is highly desirable.
  4. This role requires someone who is organized and reliable, with an excellent eye for detail.
  5. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on multiple projects and completing them within tight deadlines.
  6. An independent, self-initiated, responsible, motivated individual with strong creative flair is essential.
  7. Good communication and social skills to interact with a wide range of personalities at all levels of the organization are necessary.
  8. Excellent software skills in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Publisher, etc. are required.
