  • Handle questions and issues, providing detailed information on requirements and processes.
  • Schedule meetings with applicants.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Ensure applications are completed correctly and required supporting materials are provided.
  • Enter, update, and review data and records.
  • Provide guidance to applicants and prospective candidates.
  • Correspond with applicants and prospective candidates.
  • Process enrollments.
  • Assist with billing and payment processing.
  • Perform other job-related duties and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Must have access to WIFI or ideally be able to plug in.
  • Experience in an enrollment-based work environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and internet skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
