Visual Storyteller

eClerx is looking for a skilled Lead Graphic Designer to develop designs and assets that promote and elevate events. As part of the Lido Consulting team, you will work closely with colleagues daily to create cohesive event design concepts that effectively reflect desired messaging and intent across print, digital, and on-site marketing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, appealing, and informative visual assets for events, including print (flyers, pamphlets, magazine full page spreads), digital (email, LinkedIn), and on-site (posters, banners)
- Refine brand guidelines for events and ensure all designs are optimized for use on digital and mobile platforms
- Update and maintain websites, including checking links and content regularly
- Redesign websites to improve online presence, navigation, and accessibility
Requirements:
- Experience working in graphic design, preferably in-house at an Events and/or Financial Services company
- Understanding of basic design principles required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of website development tools and platforms a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
