Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to enterprise clients on payment processing technologies and merchant acquiring solutions, while driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the merchant acquiring market.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice and guidance to enterprise clients on payment processing technologies and merchant acquiring solutions, including identifying new business opportunities and presenting customized solutions based on their unique needs and objectives.
  2. Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing enterprise customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and act as the primary point of contact for medium to large-scale merchants.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchant clients, and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  4. Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in the payment processing industry and merchant acquiring solutions, and lead contract negotiations with enterprise merchants to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
  5. Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately documented and comply with company policies and regulations, and conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and potential threats in the merchant acquiring landscape.
  6. Provide insights to the marketing and product teams to help shape business development strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, Finance or a related field, MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the payment processing, merchant acquiring, fintech, or financial services industry, with at least 1 to 2 years in an enterprise-level sales role.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing large enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, merchant acquiring solutions, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large, diverse client portfolio.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
