We're seeking a senior-level marketing designer with experience in digital and print design. This role requires strong creative skills, particularly in brand storytelling, visual communication, and consumer engagement.

This position involves designing marketing materials across various mediums, including social media graphics, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills, working closely with marketing teams to bring bold concepts to life.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Designing engaging marketing collateral for digital and print platforms

• Translating marketing objectives into compelling creative solutions

• Maintaining consistency across all visuals while working within brand guidelines

• Collaborating with the broader marketing team to meet campaign goals and deadlines

• Supporting ongoing advertising efforts with creative updates and new ideas

• Creating static and animated ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including A/B variant testing assets

• Designing visually engaging email headers, modules, and full campaign templates optimized for multiple devices and platforms

• Creating professional PowerPoint decks for presentations, marketing initiatives, and investor pitches

Key qualifications include:

• 3–5 years of design experience within a creative agency or advertising firm

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus)

• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work

• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills

Bonus points for:

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics

• Background in sports, athletics, or apparel branding

• Familiarity with Meta, Google, and display ad formats

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time
