Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging machines, and refrigeration units.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with store management and external service providers to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, particularly in the food industry or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining food processing equipment.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems and mechanical systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and automation systems.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and other food safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical or vocational training in mechanical and electrical systems, ideally with a focus on food production equipment.
  • Experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs in multiple locations or stores.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for electrical and mechanical systems.
