We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Switch Connect Pty Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage target audiences, and drive brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and monitoring social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics to showcase our company's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives and business goals, leveraging tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to streamline social media management.
  • Planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and lead generation, utilizing platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Staying informed about digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to optimize our social media efforts.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and error-free content that resonates with our target audience.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize our digital marketing efforts.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team and other departments to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all channels.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
