Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of affiliate marketing in the USA iGaming market, strong industry connections, and a results-driven approach.

This individual will play a key role in managing and growing our affiliate portfolio while working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and product.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners in the USA iGaming space, negotiating and managing affiliate contracts, commissions, and campaigns to maximize performance.

They will analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and propose data-driven optimizations. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners in the USA iGaming space.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commissions, and campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and propose data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the iGaming sector.
  • Proven track record working with affiliates in the USA market with strong existing relationships.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools and reporting best practices.
