Business Solutions Planner Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business solutions based on data-driven insights and process improvements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing complex data to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and supporting business planning decisions
  • Developing and implementing business solutions based on data-driven insights and process improvements
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of Workforce Management (WFM) experience supporting Call Centers or Back Office operations
  • 3+ years of senior or executive level communication and/or presentation experience delivering detailed analyses and/or sound business cases or recommendations
  • Experience with WFM software including NICE, Aspect, Verint
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with PC-based software programs and automated database management systems
