Job Overview
In this role as a Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst, you will support the execution of our client's investment strategy, working closely with the Acquisitions Manager. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring commercial and multi-family real estate properties, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional returns to investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investment Sourcing: Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry professionals to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Market Research & Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and financial modeling to evaluate potential investments.
  • Due Diligence Support: Gather and analyze property, market, and financial data to inform investment decisions.
  • Investment Committee Preparation: Prepare detailed reports, memos, and presentations to communicate investment findings.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful transaction execution.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 1-3 years experience in Commercial Real Estate: Prior experience in CRE is required, with a focus on multifamily apartments ideal but not mandatory.
  • Financial Modeling Expertise: Strong understanding of financial modeling principles, including DCF, pro forma analysis, and return metrics.
  • Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to critically evaluate market trends, property data, and financial performance.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure data accuracy.
