Front-end Software Engineer - Salesforce

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-end Software Engineer to join our Salesforce team. As an Associate Front-end Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the customization and enhancement of our Salesforce platform.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Support the integration of Salesforce with other internal and external systems.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of Salesforce Development Experience.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and the Salesforce CLI.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
  • Experience with data modeling, SQL, and integration tools (e.g., REST, SOAP) is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
