Key Position: Data Researcher

This crucial role supports the Business Development team by identifying, scraping, filtering, and organizing high-quality data for BDRs and AEs.

Job Summary:

The Data Researcher will be responsible for building, managing, and refining scraping workflows to identify qualified homeowners, brokers, and property listings across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, Realtor.com, and more. They must maintain and evolve a clear filter for what constitutes a qualified lead based on market, property type, and ownership profile.

  • Act as the gatekeeper of data quality—only pushing qualified, verified leads into the CRM.
  • Enrich CRM records with actionable insights (building policies, owner notes, platform listings, etc.) to inform BDR outreach.
  • Keep CRM clean, well-organized, and up-to-date with clear labeling and lifecycle tracking.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage scraping workflows for identifying qualified leads.
  • Maintain and refine the filter for qualified leads.
  • Ensure data quality and only push qualified leads into the CRM.
  • Enrich CRM records with actionable insights.
  • Keep the CRM organized and up-to-date.
  • Partner with the business development team to refine targeting strategy.
  • Spot trends and opportunities in the data.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in data research, scraping, or lead generation.
  • Experience setting up and managing a first-class CRM.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Bonus: experience in real estate, luxury markets, or B2B sales.
