Financial Director

RCN PH - Neo Career Group is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team.

• Manage the overall financial operations of the department, ensuring targets are achieved and activities are properly implemented.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, maintaining a high level of financial discipline and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and achieve company goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field, with a strong background in general and cost accounting.
• At least one year of experience as a Manager handling finance and accounting functions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage confidential issues.
• Proficiency in computerized accounting systems, preferably SAP.
