Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Managed Services Engineer to provide end-to-end support for customers with a focus on SDWAN, Internet, and related services.

  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and configuring LAN setups, including routers, firewalls, and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers with complex technical issues.
  2. Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical problems using expert knowledge of SDWAN, Internet, and related services.
  3. Onboarding: Ensure seamless integration of new customers into our managed services portfolio.
  4. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment, with expertise in SDWAN (Versa Networks preferred).
  • CCNA/CCNP certifications highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes.
