Client Success Professional

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Professional to join our team. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to acquire new clients, defining project scopes, and allocating resources effectively.

The Client Success Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring exceptional client experiences and enhancing relationships within the enterprise sector.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with Enterprise leaders, business owners, and sales teams to align on delivery approaches for identified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to acquire new clients and coordinate resource allocation.
  • Manage projects and oversee the execution and delivery of client projects.
  • Develop strategies for new business development and ensure successful project delivery in accordance with established processes.
  • Facilitate client expectations and involvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and prospects via various communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or account management.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital products and expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
