The ideal candidate will be responsible for traveling to all branches for store visits and reporting to the head office in Makati at a certain schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement sales strategies to drive profitability and growth
  • Implement store standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure their adherence
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of Service Leaders and staff
  • Monitor sales revenues and manage costs to achieve annual profitability targets
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and operational standards throughout stores within the cluster

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in retail operations or a related field
  • MUST have experience in multi-store operations in retail
  • Willing to travel through public transportation and work from Monday to Saturday
