About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue. As Sales Strategy Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales development representatives and contributing to pipeline generation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed targets. You will also possess strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Managing and mentoring a team of sales development representatives to achieve individual and team goals
  • Contributing to pipeline generation through lead qualification and advancement
  • Collaborating with marketing, account executives, and customer success teams to drive sales growth
  • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in sales leadership
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement tools
