We are seeking an experienced Senior Penetration Tester to join our Global Cybersecurity Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing the security posture of our organization, evaluating potential threats and vulnerabilities, and providing technical leadership for web and mobile application penetration testing execution.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires a high degree of integrity, competence, adaptability, resilience, and initiative. You will be working closely with our business team and second line of defense to assess scope and level of effort based on identified areas of risk and execute assigned engagements in alignment to common penetration testing industry frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the security posture of the organization by assessing potential threats and vulnerabilities in web applications and/or network security, microservices, mobile applications, and other areas as required.
  • Provide technical leadership for web and mobile application penetration testing execution, including complex and critical VAPT items of systems, networks, web applications, and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and communicate the understanding of the potential impacts of a cyber attack to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements for the management of information security program.
  • Perform security assessments to identify possible security vulnerabilities within the organization and develop security controls, policies, and procedures to address any issues that may exist.
  • Conduct comprehensive network scans and manual network assessments, including penetration testing and vulnerability scans, and write reports including technical details, risk analysis, and providing remediation recommendations for identified issues.
  • Contribute to shaping the security testing strategy and drive the adoption of advanced testing practices within the organization, building standards and recommending improvements in procedure to keep the team up-to-date with trends and methodologies.
  • Document findings and provide detailed reports with recommendations for remediation, participating in client meetings to discuss findings and manage process escalations from different markets/towers as needed.
  • Facilitate capability development initiatives for Associate and Intermediate resources like training, coaching, and mentoring.
