Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to support the operations of our Property Management Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of both long-term and short-term rental properties, ensuring high tenant satisfaction and efficient property performance.

This role requires a professional who is proactive, organized, and capable of balancing administrative, operational, and marketing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Onboarding: Facilitate tenant onboarding, prepare lease agreements, and manage rental insurance requirements.
  • Lease Management: Oversee tenant communications and lease management for both long-term and short-term rentals.
  • Property Marketing: Develop and manage property marketing initiatives, including online listings, advertisements, email campaigns, and brochures.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff to ensure rental units meet company standards.
  • Financial Management: Administer property management software (e.g., DoorLoop), track rental performance, and respond to online reviews.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, rent rolls, and financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in property management (long-term and/or short-term rentals), hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management/accounting software (e.g., DoorLoop) and platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing tools for property promotion.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
