We are seeking an accomplished Treasury Associate to join our team at ALLBANK (A THRIFT BANK), INC.

About the Position:

  • Support the Accounting Head in preparing and submitting reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Review and approve RTGS transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify trading amounts placed in RRP, TDF, and ODF, comparing computations with the Treasury Officer/General Accountant.
  • In the absence of the General Accountant, assist in GL/SL consolidation, post manual journal entries, and conduct daily End of Day Process and Year-End End of Day Process.
  • Prepare and submit CDRC Reports in the absence of the General Accountant, meeting weekly deadlines.
  • Monitor daily DDA balancing, checking reconciling items before book closure, in the absence of the General Accountant (Branches).
  • Manage monthly FX revaluation in the absence of the General Accountant (Branch).
  • Prepare Monthly ITRS Report to BSP.
  • Oversight payment for Bank's Insurance policies and maintain the Insurance Masterfile in coordination with the Accounting Head.
  • Email weekly branch closing updates to the CFO, Accounting Head, BOSD Head, and concerned personnel.
  • Confirm daily MC issuances, Inwards, unposted checks, and other reconciliation with the Clearing Department.
  • Send Monthly Balance Sheet/Income Statement to the CFO.
  • Map GL entries for new products/transactions.
