Job Summary:

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee project activities within our IT scope, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodology to ensure timely end-to-end project delivery. You will direct the development of our continuous delivery pipeline to improve delivery speed, quality, and effort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform project management responsibilities in either Waterfall or Agile methodology.
  • Prepare and maintain Project Plans, Work Plans, and secure necessary approvals as applicable.
  • Prepare and create Project Status Reports, reporting on delivery of schedule, quality, and scope.
  • Track project budget and costs as applicable.
  • Ensure documentation of all risks and issues associated with the project, working with the project team to facilitate resolution and timely escalation as deemed necessary.
  • Participate and facilitate in relevant meetings as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, security, and legal regulatory requirements as applicable.
  • Support audit exercises when needed.
  • Facilitate post-implementation or similar activities and prepare Close-Out Reports as applicable.
  • Ensure completion of required documents at the end of the project.
  • Manage the Scrum process with the coordination of the Scrum Team in Agile methodology.
  • Ensure the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
  • Act as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team as applicable.
  • Facilitate Scrum events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) as needed and ensure they are conducted as scheduled as applicable.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a college/university or its equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in .
  • At least 5 years of experience in .
  • Strong system implementation background in operations environment required.
  • Knowledge of application design, application integration principles, and straight-through processes.
  • Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge and .
  • Must have experience with Agile Frameworks (Lean/Kanban/Scrum).
