We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Professional to maintain and organize financial records, assess business transactions, and prepare accurate reports. The successful candidate will coordinate with employees on income tax research, conduct audits, and contribute to budgeting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize financial data in accordance with established standards.
  • Analyze financial transactions and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on income tax planning and research.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Organize and file income tax documents in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the development of budgeting processes and policies.
  • Brief management on key findings and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and implement accounting procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes affecting financial practices.
  • Provide expert advice on tax and accounting matters.
  • Supervise accounting staff to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Knowledge of local and international foreign exchange trading regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Preferred residence in Metro Manila or willingness to relocate within the area.
