  4. Managing and updating the real estate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on properties, clients, and leads.
  5. Assisting in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  6. Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  7. Assisting in the organization and execution of open houses and other marketing events.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients and collaborating with other professionals.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and tools, as well as a basic understanding of the real estate market, would also be beneficial.
  • Graduate of 4 yrs course.
  • With at least 3 yrs experiences on sales.
  • With leadership qualities.
