The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate team, including managing emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing daily tasks, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating property showings, and following up with potential clients.
- Conducting market research and analysis to assist in pricing properties and identifying potential buyers or sellers.
- Preparing and distributing marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and online advertisements.
- Managing and updating the real estate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on properties, clients, and leads.
- Assisting in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assisting in the organization and execution of open houses and other marketing events.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients and collaborating with other professionals.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools, as well as a basic understanding of the real estate market, would also be beneficial.
- Graduate of 4 yrs course.
- With at least 3 yrs experiences on sales.
- With leadership qualities.
