About Our Company

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and technical assistance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance our platform.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to improve customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver swift, effective solutions to ensure customer success.
  • Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge bases for internal and external use.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5+ years of experience in technical support in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using support tools like Intercom and other relevant software.
  • Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of APIs, integrations, data structures, and basic coding principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
