Job Title

About the Role
  1. Develop Growth Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing plans to achieve quality lead generation and enhance brand recognition.
  2. Support Business Strategy Design: Assist in designing and executing business strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  3. Lead Marketing Team: Manage, mentor, and foster a collaborative and creative environment for the marketing team.
  4. Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  5. Analyze Market Trends: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
  6. Create Compelling Content: Oversee the creation of engaging content for diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  7. Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  8. Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications

  2. Experience: Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
