Cyber Security Expertise: A Key Driver of Digital Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Awareness Training Specialist to lead our digital security initiatives and ensure the seamless integration of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. This individual will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance employee awareness and skills in cybersecurity.

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in training and facilitation. They will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.

The selected candidate will work closely with our IT team to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs that align with our organization's strategic objectives. Their expertise will enable us to stay ahead of emerging threats and maintain a robust cybersecurity posture.

  • Design and deliver effective training programs on cyber security awareness and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources, ensuring they are current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training initiatives.
  • Advocate for and recommend best practices in cybersecurity to ensure organizational compliance.

As a key member of our digital security team, this individual will contribute to the development of our overall cybersecurity strategy and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on training and facilitation.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical certification/education.
  • Prior experience as a trainer or course facilitator, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
