- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of technical support experience in a call center or IT environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and technical software applications
