About the Position

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of technical support experience in a call center or IT environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and technical software applications
