About the Role

We're Offshore Business Processing, and we're seeking a talented Accounting Officer to join our team As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Your day-to-day tasks will include holding the accountant role within our credit card and expense system, reviewing submitted expenses for compliance with category reporting and VAT compliance. You'll also prepare journals for the accounting system, reflecting costs into the right categories of the P&L, and ensure expense control accounts are reconciled at month end.

In addition, you'll provide reports for the business tracking submission performance and spend analysis. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and has a keen eye for detail. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about finance, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Prepare tables and summaries used for executive reporting to the Board;
  • Update and roll forward Excel templates used in reporting to provide finance teams with the tools needed for group reporting;
  • Prepare reports and schedules for external auditors;
  • Pull together data for review to support bank field exams;
