The Goods Flow Coordinator plays a vital role in optimizing the goods flow process and maintaining data integrity within their designated area. This involves leveraging existing systems and equipment to maximize stock accuracy and ensure high product availability for customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute daily goods flow operations, focusing on achieving an optimized daily process through lean, efficient, and cost-effective methods.
  • Contribute to team goals and participate in goal-setting processes.
  • Maintain compliance with established health, safety, and security guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in home furnishing and IKEA's product range.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and task organization skills.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Quick learner, able to ask questions when unsure, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexible approach, open to new ideas and changes in work processes.
About the Role

This part-time position requires flexibility in work hours, with an average schedule of approximately 25 hours per week. Public holidays and weekends may be included.
