The E-commerce Operations Manager role involves overseeing daily operations of online stores, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
This position requires managing product listings for accuracy and SEO optimization, monitoring stock levels, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage product listings across platforms for accuracy and SEO optimization.
- Maintain stock levels, coordinate restocking with the warehouse team.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews.
- Track store performance metrics, deliver actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional strategies.
- Analyze performance logs using Excel or similar tools.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational best practices.
Required Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon storefronts, including Seller Central.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to manage and analyze data.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing BWP or other niche marketplaces.
- Basic knowledge of graphic editing or product photography standards.
- Prior experience in consumer goods or food product industries is a plus.
