About the Role

As an Assistant Project and Program Consultant, you will play a vital role in creating and managing smart, safe, and sustainable places where people live, work, learn, and thrive. Your key responsibility will be to support the delivery of projects to time and quality standards by assisting in tasks such as production of delivery output and schedules for projects, monitoring and reviewing project information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring management has access to up-to-date and accurate project information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in tasks such as production of delivery output and schedules for projects, monitor and review project information, to identify any discrepancies and ensure management has access to up-to-date and accurate project information.
  • Contribute to professional assignments and monitor in order to support the delivery of projects to time and quality standards.
  • Deliver timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and reports.
  • Prepare documents such as project plans and schedules by collating and interpreting data.
  • Analyze project data and trends to develop recommendations that aid senior colleagues in decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate project management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and advise on enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, master's degree an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in project and program management, including at least 3 years leading teams on large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Proficiency in project/program management tools and methodologies/frameworks, highly skilled in MS Office application.
  • Professional certification or chartered status desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively interact with high-level stakeholders, build relationships, and negotiate with external parties.
