We're looking for a seasoned marketer to own and execute our organic social media presence and influencer marketing program.

You'll lead content calendar development across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms—creating compelling content, engaging audiences, and building strategic partnerships with influencers and experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conceptualize, write, shoot, and edit high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage influencer relationships, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and track performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, using insights to inform future decisions.

Requirements:

  • 4-6+ years of experience managing brand social media and influencer programs.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging short-form video content and developing effective social media strategies.
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience.
  • Excellent copywriting and editorial judgment, with a deep understanding of audience behavior and platform best practices.
  • A personal connection to the topics we cover or a deep interest in learning about them.
