At Victor Consunji Development Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled CAD Operator to join our team. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for executing construction plans, scrutinizing layouts closely and thoroughly, and coordinating with consultants and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating manual and computer-based drawings, including two or three-dimensional representations, according to client requirements or the construction and development team's needs.
  • Responsible for the visual representation of buildings or structures for developers.
  • Incorporating changes or modifications based on suggestions from architects or engineers.
  • Remaining in touch with architects and engineers to enhance the value of work and add aesthetic appeal to sketches.
  • Processing, printing, and delivering approved drawings.
  • Developing 3D designs from 2D product concepts or sketching.
  • Preparing graphic rendering works (Photoshop) and 3D rendering works (Sketch-Up) of conceptual layout plans, sections, elevation, and perspective.
  • Supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is carried out as per design drawings and specifications.

About You:

  • A graduate of an Engineering or Architecture course.
  • At least one year to three years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in using AutoCAD software.
  • Proficient in computer software applications (MS Windows Applications).
  • Keen attention to detail, analyzing and reviewing engineering data and components to ensure compliance with original plans and designs.
  • Strong time management skills, meeting deadlines and focusing on tasks to meet VCDC standards.
  • Analytical and logical thinking, determining all aspects in reviewing plans and synthesizing ideas and factors from instructions.
