As a skilled professional in immigration law, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless case management and exceptional client service. Working closely with attorneys and paralegals, you will handle administrative, organizational, and project-related tasks, guaranteeing smooth preparation and filing of immigration-related applications for our clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital client files, adhering to strict organizational standards.
  • Organize electronic document storage and ensure proper naming and maintenance of files.
  • Remove duplicates and outdated templates from client files.
  • Gather, organize, and verify client documents for case preparation.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and provide updates on their cases.
  • Draft client communications, including approval and congratulatory letters.
  • Draft and complete government forms, questionnaires, and petitions related to immigration cases.
  • Assemble exhibit lists and ensure accuracy in document submissions.
  • Maintain and update client profiles in Salesforce and other database systems.
  • Record client communications and update case notes consistently.
  • Submit requests for translation and educational evaluations.
  • Coordinate with clients and team members to determine daily and weekly goals.
  • Stay updated on immigration law developments and ensure all procedures adhere to current standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience in a law firm setting).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a law firm setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
