Supporting Families Through Caregiver Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Family Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting caregivers by collecting and reviewing required documentation, making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries, and ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and track required documentation from caregivers and families;
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to guide families through the documentation process;
- Handle a high volume of phone interactions daily while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency;
- Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations;
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with families via phone, text, and email;
- Maintain organized records and track expiring documents, sending timely reminders;
- Collaborate with onboarding, credentialing, and family support teams to deliver a smooth experience;

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare support role;
- Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail when reviewing documents;
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize follow-ups, and meet deadlines;
- A compassionate and patient approach when working with families and caregivers;
