Project Lead

The Project Lead oversees the execution of security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming to ensure high-quality results. This includes managing project timelines, budget reviews, sales orders, and kick-off meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects according to company policies and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate site meetings and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring smooth communication with clients.
  • Lead project teams and manage subcontractors effectively.

Technical Requirements:

  • Security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming in accordance with established standards.
  • Assist sales and other departments with technical support.
  • Conduct on-site training for clients, design security systems, and create building diagrams using AutoCAD.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronic, Computer, or Automation Engineering.
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in security, electronic, or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network, and database is required.
  • Experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is essential.
  • Previous exposure to Lenel, GE, Cisco, and S2 systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary.
  • Display a quick learning ability and strong focus on client service.
